CDCI has provided design build services in detention centers around the Washington Metro Area.

Design/Build Services for Conversion of Detention Center Housing Tower
Design/build renovations of 10,000 square feet of Seven Locks Detention Center Facility in Montgomery County. Converted 12 cell blocks with 12 cells each into a new storage and filing area for the facility. The renovation included the demolition and capping of roughly 290 prison grade sinks and commodes. Each area was then painted a different color for easy storage recognition. The HVAC system in the 12 cell blocks was also upgraded and a new AHU was installed.
